| General Description | This ARIB Technical Report is concerned with IMT Systems （International Mobile Telecommunications Systems）based on 3GPP Specifications. It describes the technical information and requirements on which the standards of the IMT Systems are based. ARIB TR-23 was enacted as a technical report taking over ARIB TR-12 and TR-T19. It will be revised in accordance with the updates of 3GPP specifications. |
