General Description	This standard specifies the colour bar as the reference signal of the HDR images in the HLG system which is specified by ARIB standard STD-B67. In this standard, the 100% luminance signal pattern is added to the top of the colour bar based on the simplified pattern layout of STD-B66, and the code value for the HDR images is specified.
