| General Description | This standard specifies the test signal “S” to measure the transmission characteristics of MUSE-FM signal delivery and reception system in Hi-vision satellite broadcasting specified by “Standard System for Transmission regarding High Definition Television Broadcasting” (No. 16 of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications ordinance in 1991). This standard is applied to the test signal measuring the transmission characteristics of MUSE-FM signals from the input of an FM modulator (the output of a MUSE encoder) to the output of a tuner (the input of a decoder). |
