This technical report summarizes the evaluation method of electromagnetic field strength to confirm the radio wave protection confirmity in the vicinity of a middle and short wave radio stations that emits an amplitude-modulated broadcast radio wave at a frequency above 10 kHz and up to 10 MHz.

This is as easy as possible using available measuring instruments in response to the new addition of radio station radio wave strength to the Radio Law Enforcement Rules to determine whether safety facilities are required for radio wave strength. This corresponds to the need for a new evaluation method from broadcasters.
